Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy At Serene Soul Healing and Counselling Sanctuary, I strive to provide a fair and transparent booking process to ensure the best experience for everyone. Please take a moment to read through the policy before booking your session: Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations: 48 Hours or More Notice: If you cancel your session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. My Cancellations: In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session with less than 48 hours' notice, I will offer you a free session as a gesture of goodwill and to ensure your needs are met.
