I am not your conventional therapist, nor do I aim to be. 🌿✨

I choose not to be confined to a neatly labeled box as just a counsellor. Yes, I studied counselling, earned my diploma, and honed my skills—but my approach goes far beyond that. I trust my instincts, and I trust that I always have my client’s best interests at heart. I believe, deeply, that healing happens when the right person meets you at the right time, armed with the right tools.

When I work with someone, I bring all of me into the room: the knowledge I’ve gained, the books I’ve devoured, the countless experiences that have shaped me, and the therapy I’ve walked through myself. I draw on every part of my own journey because it’s those moments—the struggles, the lessons, the growth—that have made me uniquely equipped to help others.

But more than that, I feel guided. I believe that the work I do is part of something far greater than myself, as though I’ve been placed here with purpose, to serve as a channel for healing and hope. I feel like I’m working for the power of something bigger—call it the universe, a higher force, or simply love in its purest form. It’s this belief that drives me, that gives me the courage to hold space for others in their most vulnerable moments.

I don’t just rely on techniques or frameworks. I let my inner self guide me, trusting that the connection we create will lead us where we need to go. It’s not about perfection; it’s about showing up fully, with compassion, intuition, and care.
