A Day to Remember – 12.12

Today marked the second time I hosted the group meetings for survivors of human trafficking. It was a significant day for me, one I want to remember forever. So, I took a picture after our session—not just for the memory, but as a reminder of the journey I’m on.

12.12 feels special to me. It’s the day the universe whispered, “Keep going, this is going to get big—sooner rather than later.”

During today’s session, I shared a lot about my own journey, even if it was just to provide some context and a backup story. While I was sharing, I became deeply aware of my feelings and how my body was reacting. I consider that such a blessing—to be able to listen to and hear what my body is telling me.

I wasn’t always like this. For 36 years, I was disconnected, dissociated, unable to hear what my body was trying to say. But now I can. This journey is just beginning for me, and I’m in awe of how much clearer my path becomes every single day.

The group is already growing—there were four of us today. I am so incredibly grateful to have found this purpose, this path. Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. I trust that, one way or another, I will continue to reach the people who need me most.
